If you place an order with us, either online or in-store, you are acknowledging that you agree to our Return and Exchange Policy. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
We have a 14 day return policy from the order date. No returns are able be accepted after this time. Proof of purchase must be able to be provided for issue of a store credit or the exchange of an item. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees and must include a pre-paid post satchel if wishing to exchange an item. Please ensure you send your return goods to us via a traceable means of postage.
Return items must be sent back to Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing unworn, in original condition with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. They must not smell of any cosmetic product, perfume or cigarette smoke and there must not be any trace of makeup on any garment. Items not received in original condition are unable to be accepted back and will be returned to the customer at your expense. If the items are not returned in re-saleable condition you may be charged a $20 fee for dry cleaning if this will remedy the problem. The garment must be able to be re-shelved and resold as new, please consider this before returning the garment to us.
If you are returning any jewellery items, they must be UNWORN. Any sign of wear on an item of jewellery will render it ineligible for return or exchange.

How to return a purchase
All exchanges will be made via the same account name the purchase was made.
In-store Returns
You can return or exchange products in-store by visiting our store during open hours and seeing one of our sales attendants. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm.
Mail Returns
When posting your exchange, please include a copy of your receipt or invoice making sure the following information is included on the form provided:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the return
- Proof of purchase
Once your returned item is received and deemed appropriate for resale, we will process your exchange.
Please note additional remote area postal charges and optional postage extras are non-refundable.
