Hygain Gleam provides these nutrients to bring out the gleam in your horse's coat resulting in a rich healthy lustre. Hygain Gleam is a blend of quality ingredients including biotin, zinc, methionine and xanthrophyll pigments for those horses that may benefit from additional supplementation.

• All horse owners like to see their horses in full bloom with a healthy, shiny coat. Research has found that horses supplemented with additional zinc, methionine and biotin have demonstrated superior fine hair growth. This in turn results in softer, finer hair, which we see as a glossy coat. Omega essential fatty acids have also been known to have a positive effect on the coat and skin condition of your horse.

• Biotin - 15mg
• Biotin is a water soluble B-group vitamin often referred to as Vitamin H. Research suggests that in horses supplemented with biotin, keratin production was stimulated. This resulted in the production of smooth soft hair in the coat. We know this as a summer coat. This was a pleasant side effect of the research, which was concerned with the growth and development of the hoof.

• Zinc - 200mg
• Zinc is associated with the health and integrity of hair, skin, hooves and the immune system. Zinc deficiencies retard the synthesis of DNA, RNA and protein, which are necessary for proper coat condition and repair. A shortage of zinc can also impair cellular division and growth and repair of connective tissue. Zinc is also found to be a cofactor in over 200 enzymatic reactions and has been shown to positively affect immune function. Hygain Gleam contains bio-chelated zinc. This is zinc which is bound to an amino acid group. Chelaton enhances digestion and increases the effectiveness of the zinc.

• Methionine - 3000mg
• Methionine is an essential sulfur bearing amino acid that is required to be contained in the horse's diet, as horses are not able to produce it themselves. Nutritionists and veterinarians alike have been recommending methionine for years because of its ability to stimulate the production of keratin fibres in the horses' coat. Methionine works synergistically with biotin to increase its effectiveness of both nutrients.

• This is high in fat and easily digested by the horse. It is also high in protein and contains all the crucial amino acids (methionine and cystine) and essential fatty acids required for a healthy skin and a glowing coat.

• A natural coat enhancer produced from extracting the xanthrophyll pigments from Marigold and chilli peppers. These pigments help enhance the horse's coat producing a deep rich lustre.

2. Return for Refund or Exchange

2.1 (a) We DO NOT offer REFUNDS. We also DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds on SALE ITEMS. 

Please note that all veterinary products purchased from Gympie Saddleworld are non-returnable. Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. 2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
