PRIVACY

We take your privacy seriously and will never disclose your personal information to any third party. Please see our privacy policy for more information. The information you give us is stored securely using high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. We do not store credit card numbers, they are encrypted. 

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

After you place your order, we will send you a notification with a tracking number which you can use to track via Australia Post. The majority of our orders are sent via Australia Post, however, we may choose to send large bulky items via Star Track, which we will also provide a tracking number.  

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes you certainly can. We happily exchange items if they are the wrong size and will provide the replacement item as soon as we can after you return the original product in its new condition and in original packaging. Please include all your contact details and information in regards to what you would like as a replacement item and return to:

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Please see our refund policy for more information. We do not offer refunds for simply changing your mind or choosing the wrong size. We will go out of our way to help you find the right size or product.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Afterpay, Zipmoney and Paypal.

MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED BUT I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED AS MY ITEMS IS OUT OF STOCK. WHY?

Occasionally as we fulfill orders, items may be damaged or missing and we only realise at the time we pick your order. This doesn't happen very often, however, if it does we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or a refund.
