Hygain® HOOFGAIN® is a safe and comprehensive hoof supplement for horses. Our formula provides critical minerals that your horse can't produce on its own - in addition to other crucial vitamins. Contains:

Biotin: A vital co-enzyme to assist in the forming of Keratin from key amino acids.

Methionine: A primary sulphur bearing amino acid that along with cysteine (which Methionine can synthesize) are essential ingredients in Keratin. Methionine must be provided in increased levels where hoof growth is desired.

Zinc: Key mineral in hoof and coat health. Hoof quality will often suffer where Zinc supply is marginal.

Vitamin A: One of the carotenoids essential to all keratinized tissue. Supplementation particularly essential for horses not on high quality fresh pasture.

Vitamin E: Benefits of Vitamin E as an antioxidant are well documented and is also an essential nutrient for renewal of keratin.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids: Essential nutrient in the formation of supple and strong membranes including hoof wall microtubules and laminae.

Iodine: Deficiency in this mineral often causes poor coat and hoof quality.

WHY ARE HOOF SUPPLEMENTS FOR HORSES IMPORTANT?

Hoof supplements for horses are often needed for two major reasons:

1. A horse is often only as healthy as its hoofs. Horses are literally on their hoofs all day and cannot perform their desired workload if they are in pain or have poor structural health.
2. Hoof supplements are engineered to provide important vitamins that are often missing from a horse's natural diet. Just as important, the horse supplements provide minerals that a horse cannot produce on its own. The only source of these minerals are straight from the feed and supplements they eat.

If your horse has a demanding workload or is advancing in its years, we strongly encourage you to discuss a hoof supplement for your horse with your veterinarian.

2.1 (a) We DO NOT offer REFUNDS. We also DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds on SALE ITEMS. 

Please note that all veterinary products purchased from Gympie Saddleworld are non-returnable. Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. If you have any concerns regarding the product's condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately at 07 5482 2320 or via email at info@gympiesaddleworld.com.au before use.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
