If you do not want a hair out of place this is the product you need. Use on a damp, clean mane.

Section your mane, forelock or tail and plait away. You will not get a hair out of place. Has just the right amount of grip yet when you take your plaits or bands out it will leave the mane lovely, soft and silky.

It is always best to have an odd number of plaits along the neck as when you plait the forelock this makes for your even number.

When Plaiting or Banding your horse there are things you can do to add to your horses overall look.

If your horse has a shorter neck, the more plaits or bands you do up the neck will give the illusion of a longer neck, if you have a bridle path make it a very small one so you can fit more plaits in.

If your horse has a thinner or not so muscled neck you may do larger plaits and if really noticeable a larger ‘hood’ over the plait will be a great advantage in giving the neck some bulk.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
