What is AminoGLOSS?

Kelato’s AminoGLOSS is a non-irritating, concentrated, cherry-scented shampoo and coat conditioner. AminoGLOSS has been specifically designed to deep clean the coat, while at the same time helping the skin to stay soft and supple.

How does it work?

The unique combination of ingredients in AminoGLOSS effectively cleanses the hair and skin without using harsh chemicals that cause irritation and dull the coat. AminoGLOSS contains real amino acids that nourish the protein within the hair and skin, promoting a strong and healthy coat. The lanolin, almond oil and coconut oil contained in AminoGLOSS help to soften the coat, while the cherry fragrance leaves the coat refreshed.

The highly concentrated formulation means you only need to use a small amount each wash, making it very economical. AminoGLOSS is pH balanced to match the horse’s skin and mild enough to use daily. Your horse’s coat will not only look healthier, but it will be healthier too!

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
