WSD TROUGH BLOX

For the Control of Algae and Slime in Stock Troughs

WSD TROUGH BLOX is a treatment for troughs to control algal growth and to provide a copper supplement to livestock.

WSD Trough Blox are for the control of algae and slime in stock troughs (plastic & concrete).  WSD Trough Blox also provides a copper supplement to livestock.  

Each 200gm copper block contains 63g/Kg copper in a slowly soluble block for use in stock water troughs and usually lasts 4 – 8 Weeks.

Active Ingredient: Copper (CU) Present As Copper Sulfate @ 63g/kg

Advice on using WSD Trough Blox;

  • WSD Trough Blox are safe to use with most livestock water supplies.
  • Blocks usually last 4 – 8 weeks. Replace block when slime starts to return.
  • Do not use in steel (bare metal) tanks or troughs.
  • Do not overdose stock water supplies when using this product.
  • Copper should not be used in human drinking water.
  • The block will add copper to the water.  Do not use in areas or districts where high copper levels are known to occur or where there is a risk of chronic copper toxicity.
  • Care should be exercised with livestock fed a ration supplemented with copper or if copper bullets have been administered.
  • For troughs of less than 7000-litre capacity, each 200g block should be divided into the proportion appropriate to the volume of the trough.
  • If stock is suspected of having Lupinosis, remove blocks from the trough immediately.
  • This product should not be used or should be used with care when the animals are already copper sufficient or have been grazing in a pasture containing plants that cause liver damage.

Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. If you have any concerns regarding the product's condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately at 07 5482 2320 or via email at info@gympiesaddleworld.com.au before use.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service while managing shipping costs effectively.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
