Optimal Joints

Senior horses thrive on FLEXALOT. A formula designed for older horses and those horses and ponies ridden outside of industry rules such as pony club, pleasure, trekking, school ponies, polo ponies and hunters to help maintain joint health, mobility and soundness. A healthy skeletal system may help to extend the working life of older horses, allowing them to be ridden or competed for a longer period of time.

Contains harpagosides. 72hr withhold for FEI and Racing.

CONTENTS:
Each 20ml dose contains dried herb equivalent:

  • Devils Claw root (Harpagophytum procumbens) 4000mg
  • Celery Seed fruit (Apium graveolens) 9600mg
  • Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 700mg
  • Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 1000mg
  • Contains vegetable glycerine

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  • Give 10–20ml one to two times daily.
  • Give in feed.
  • For best results load dose by giving twice daily for four days initially.

Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. 2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service while managing shipping costs effectively.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
