Description
Sodium, Potassium, Chloride and Magnesium Supplement for Horses

A concentrated mix of selected physiological salts that will balance the feed rather than replace lost salts. Cell Salts is formulated to provide high amounts of potassium and magnesium in slow release form. The addition of plain, fine table salt to feed on a 'scoop for scoop' basis to cell salts is recommended to make up for shortfalls in sodium. Feeding a combination of Cell Salts and plain salt is economical and works out to be around half the cost of comparable products, as many contain much higher levels of cheap salt (sodium chloride) and less potassium and magnesium on a dose for dose basis.

Helps correct low sodium and chloride levels in common feeds – contains glucose to provide energy for sodium uptake.
Provides high levels of potassium to offset slow uptake from feeds.
Contains increased levels of magnesium to supplement poor availability from most feeds.
Potassium and magnesium salts are coated with highly refined, stabilised vegetable oil to help extend their release and uptake –also helps to reduce dust and the “salty” taste.
Palatable, low dust formulation.

Note: Cell-Salts do not contain BICARBONATE as it is not an essential feed salt.

Supplementary rates are tailored to salt needs relative to feed content and exercise requirements.

Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. If you have any concerns regarding the product's condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately at 07 5482 2320 or via email at info@gympiesaddleworld.com.au before use.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service while managing shipping costs effectively.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
