One 50 gram scoop a day per 350+ kg bodyweight in feed can support:-

• Collagen Types I, II and III which are the amino acid building blocks that help make-up skin (coat, mane, tail & hoof); connecting tissues (muscle, ligament, tendon & mucosal linings) and vital organ surrounds - Important in all horses for normal healthy, supple joints.
• Healthy Mucosal Linings on the small intestine (nutrient pathway) and in the stomach (acid protection) which can also assist general feed conversion, happiness and wellbeing. 
• Normal Gut Acid ... it is generally regarded that gut acid upsets can influence the environment for gut flora and enzymes responsible for converting feed into synovial joint fluid nutrients to function properly. EJF natural earth minerals are pH positive for normal gut acid balance and can help the natural generation of synovial joint fluid.
• Toxin Removal ... it is generally regarded that toxins in horses have an extremely detrimental effect on any horses’ ability to convert their feed and maintain normal physiology. TuffRock energised volcanic minerals are held together in a unique product matrix that holds an opposite charge to toxins or pathogens. Opposites attract for adsorption, binding and gentle removal for reducing the risk of gut stress, and help maintain a healthy gut which is important for joint feedstuff conversion.

TuffRock EJF Ingredients comply with APVMA MRL Standard Table 4 and are manufactured from 100% Australian all-natural energised volcanic colloidal minerals that are blended with wheat bran and pollard to contain Crude Protein 12%, Crude Fibre 12%, Fat 1.5%, Calcium (Ca) 3.85%, and volcanic minerals Magnesium (Mg) 0.23%, Potassium (P) 0.03%, Phosphorus (P) 0.03%, Sodium (Na) 0.6%, Sulphur (S) 0.01%, Iron (Fe) 0.7%, Copper (Cu) 3mg/kg, Manganese (Mn) 282 mg/kg, and Zinc (Zn) 33 mg/kg.

One 2.5kg pail of EJF is 7 weeks supply for one horse - it generally takes 5 weeks initial use for the effects to become evident. Conditioner Plus liquid in the evening may also be required around hard work to help maintain normal physiology.

Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. 2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
