Description

The X-D2 K Free has a square cantle that puts the rider closer to the horse guaranteeing the best freedom of movement.  Available on pre-order with a turnaround time of approximately 6-8 weeks.

The X-D2 K Free is very comfortable also for female riders (“unisex” tree). The rear part of the seat is significantly wider than traditional Dressage saddles. It contains two enlarged membranes obtained by applying the new OTI (“Over Tree Injection”) technological procedure: the elastic material is over-injected into the tree.

The blocks are anatomically shaped and provide utmost freedom of movement for the knees.

The front girth straps are elastic, while the rear ones feature a new “close-contact” fixing system.

The panels are shaved in the front for freedom of movement of the shoulders and offer a wider contact surface.

The saddle is supplied with the F23.0 - trapezium pad for a perfect fit.

WARRANTY

Lifetime warranty of the saddle tree

Under normal conditions of use, Prestige saddles are covered by law by a 2-year warranty, while the tree and the stirrup bars come with a lifetime warranty.

The warranty does not cover the damages caused by tear and wear, accidents, improper use, or the use of unsuitable products. Moreover the warranty shall be void in case the saddle parts, including the saddle tree and the stirrup bars, are tampered or altered.

For your safety, we recommend that the girth straps are periodically checked and, if necessary, replaced. Warning: new saddles and other leather goods may stain white clothes, especially during the first few uses.

Prestige Italia declines any responsibility if the girth straps break or are worn out, if the replacement was previously advised by Prestige but refused by the Client.

Our leather is accurately selected by our staff directly at the tannery. Since it doesn’t undergo any further treatments, any marks, slight differences in tonality and slight fading are proof of its high quality.

We recommend that you clean and frequently hydrate your saddle and accessories by using the prestige products to maintain the natural characteristics of leather and prevent premature wear.

Please note that all veterinary products purchased from Gympie Saddleworld are non-returnable. Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. If you have any concerns regarding the product's condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately at 07 5482 2320 or via email at info@gympiesaddleworld.com.au before use.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service while managing shipping costs effectively.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
