The X-Prestige Helen has a very elegant look of decorative stitching and patent leather inserts.

The technical specifications and the feeling for the rider remain unchanged, with the same narrow, deep twist.

The rider is seated very close to the horse without hindering its movements.

The blocks are innovative, as they are now curved to follow the anatomy of the horse (they are also available on Velcro upon request). They have been designed to follow the somatic development of the horse’s shoulder, to enhance balance with horse’s natural shape while respecting its musculo-skeletal conformation. The proportion between structure and softness adds to the block’s comfort and optimises synergy between the horse and the rider.

The fancy patent leather inserts are on both, the back of the cantle and on the face of the blocks. Also available in the “Pure” version, with no décor stitching or patent leather inserts on the blocks or on the back of the cantle.

The anatomically shaped panels ensure maximum freedom of movement for the trapezius muscles.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
