The Trainer' Jessica Deluxe is a closer contact saddle, allowing you to feel at one with your horse. The beautiful craftsmanship of the saddle is second to none and is at home in either the dressage arena or at a show. Stand out from the crowd in a Trainer' Jessica Deluxe. Utilising X-Change System Series I to fit a range of horses and AMS for horse comfort.

What is X-Change System?

The rider can modify the width of the tree in 6 easy steps using any of the adjustable gullet plates with only a screwdriver. It is really that simple!
This system does not change the integrity or look of the saddle. The strength and the feel are the same. The tree can perfectly adapt itself to the withers and back of any horse. The tree size can be changed from Narrow up to Extra Extra Wide.

Why do I need AMS?
The AMS System utilises a special neoprene layer which provides a soft consistent layer to support the rider' weight on the back of the horse.
This layer absorbs impact and distributes pressure evenly allowing for comfort plus optimal movement for your horse. Saddles with AMS panels can be re-flocked and fitted to your horse, just like a traditional wool flocked saddle. The distribution of weight with the AMS System allows for the physiological requirements of the equine athlete.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, with all tags and labels attached. To start an exchange, use our online returns portal (button above) or contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after this period.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind exchanges, including postage both ways. Exchanged items are sent back to you at our usual postage rate. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return transit. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Do Ariat boots run true to size?

Yes, in most styles. Ariat western boots use standard US sizing — use the international equivalents table above to convert your AU/UK size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, most customers go up a half size in pointed-toe styles.

How do I measure my head for a hat?

Wrap a tape measure around your head about 1cm above your ear, where the hat will sit. Match the measurement in cm to the Thomas Cook hat chart above — this covers most Akubra-style sizing too.

What's the difference between mid rise and high rise jeans?

Rise is the distance from the crotch to the top of the waistband. Mid rise (around 7–8") sits just below or at the waist; performance/high rise (8½"+) sits at or above the natural waist. The fit tables above show the exact rise for each jean model.
