Description

Syd Hill Goulburn Roper Saddle

The Syd Hill Goulburn Roper Saddle is meticulously designed to meet the rigorous demands of working horses, particularly in roping and heavy-duty tasks. Built on a polymer-blended tree, this innovative design offers superior durability while being 25% lighter than traditional roper trees — ensuring your horse receives the support and comfort it needs without compromising strength. The unique polymer blend allows the tree to withstand the extreme stresses of roping while maintaining its integrity and reliability.

Crafted from premium European leather, the Goulburn Roper Saddle is built to last and designed for optimal rider comfort. A fleece-lined skirt evenly distributes the rider's weight across a larger surface area for improved fit and reduced pressure points, while the deep super grip seat offers maximum stability and security during fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do Ariat boots run true to size?

Yes, in most styles. Ariat western boots use standard US sizing — use the international equivalents table above to convert your AU/UK size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, most customers go up a half size in pointed-toe styles.

How do I measure my head for a hat?

Wrap a tape measure around your head about 1cm above your ear, where the hat will sit. Match the measurement in cm to the Thomas Cook hat chart above — this covers most Akubra-style sizing too.

What's the difference between mid rise and high rise jeans?

Rise is the distance from the crotch to the top of the waistband. Mid rise (around 7–8") sits just below or at the waist; performance/high rise (8½"+) sits at or above the natural waist. The fit tables above show the exact rise for each jean model.

What if I order the wrong size?

No drama — we offer exchanges within 30 days (customer pays postage; sale items are final sale). See our returns policy or start an exchange online.

Can I check a size in store before ordering?

Absolutely — visit us at Shop 1, 107 River Rd, Gympie, or call 07 5482 2320 and we will measure a garment against the chart for you before you buy.
