Padded suede seat
Youth ox bows – padded leather-on-tread (Safety stirrups available as optional extras).

3-way rigging plates support multiple girthing options
Removable fenders: As well as being a safety feature, this means you can switch between youth and adult size fenders, adapting the saddle to children with long legs, or even smaller-sized adults.
Compatible with loop-on girth points, or pull-up straps (available separately).

The Saddle Tree

Covered by a 5-year conditional warranty, the tree is made from a 6-layer composite cross-matting and resin, finished with extra reinforcing blocks inside the moulded tree where any screws are placed.

Tanami Leather

This Tanami saddle is hand-crafted from pure vegetable-tanned, drum-dyed Oak Brown saddle leather with a padded suede seat and basket-weave stamping.

Designed to be eco-friendly leather, special attention has been given on ecology specifications. The liming process is sulphide free, the tanning process is chrome free and the leather does not contain any toxic or hazardous chemicals.

The tannery from which this leather is sourced has been established for over 60 years and holds ISO certification for its quality and environment management systems and international certification for social accountability.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, with all tags and labels attached. To start an exchange, use our online returns portal (button above) or contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after this period.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind exchanges, including postage both ways. Exchanged items are sent back to you at our usual postage rate. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return transit. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes sale items. Please choose carefully and check our sizing guides before purchasing — our team is always happy to help with sizing and product advice before you buy (phone 07 5482 2320).

Frequently Asked Questions

Do Ariat boots run true to size?

Yes, in most styles. Ariat western boots use standard US sizing — use the international equivalents table above to convert your AU/UK size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, most customers go up a half size in pointed-toe styles.

How do I measure my head for a hat?

Wrap a tape measure around your head about 1cm above your ear, where the hat will sit. Match the measurement in cm to the Thomas Cook hat chart above — this covers most Akubra-style sizing too.

What's the difference between mid rise and high rise jeans?

Rise is the distance from the crotch to the top of the waistband. Mid rise (around 7–8") sits just below or at the waist; performance/high rise (8½"+) sits at or above the natural waist. The fit tables above show the exact rise for each jean model.
