Hoof-fit Hoof Hygiene Liquid is a unique solution which treats and prevents thrush, Seedy Toe, white line and keeps the hoof in a healthy condition.
This product optimizes the condition of the frog and white line, giving bacteria no chance to affect the frog.
It contains chelated minerals, which will deeply penetrate the affected area. The chelated minerals work in combination with Aloe Vera and isopropanol. This combination ensures optimal condition of the hoof.
We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, with all tags and labels attached. To start an exchange, use our online returns portal (button above) or contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after this period.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind exchanges, including postage both ways. Exchanged items are sent back to you at our usual postage rate. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes sale items. Please choose carefully and check our sizing guides before purchasing - our team is always happy to help with sizing and product advice before you buy (phone 07 5482 2320).
All veterinary products are non-returnable for change of mind. Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in - such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to the elements - which can affect their efficacy and safety.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For a major failure, you may choose between a refund and a replacement.
If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us first so we can arrange the return - we will cover the cost of return postage for faulty goods.
