BRUTE® Insecticide for Horses will give residual control of susceptible Buffalo Fly (Haematobia irritans exigua) Stable Fly (Stomoxys calcitrans) and House Fly (Musca domestica) and Sand Fly or biting midges (Culicoides spp.) the causal agents of Queensland Itch on horses.

BRUTE® Insecticide for Horses is available in a 500ml bottle with a convenient 25ml measuring chamber on top.

Uses:

BRUTE® Insecticide for Horses is applied with the use of the BRUTE® Wipe-on Applicator Mitt.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

1 BRUTE® is the most concentrated permethrin-based product available for horses to assure maximum residual efficacy.
2 BRUTE® is the only product currently registered for use on horses as a Wipe-on application.
3 BRUTE® is a low irritant formula.
4 The wipe-on application technique allows the product to be applied to the most affected areas and to areas where pests tend to congregate.
5 Regular use of the product (weekly) will give effective control of susceptible Buffalo Fly, Stable Fly and House Fly.
6 Regular use of the product (weekly) will prevent, reduce or eliminate Queensland Itch on horses.
7 Rain resistant formula for longer lasting effectiveness.
8 One bottle will treat 16 to 27 horses depending on liveweight for biting and nuisance flies.

Permrethrin 87g/L (25:75 cistrans).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For dirty horses, shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Wear protective BRUTE® Applicator Mitt when applying. Shake well before using. Loosen cap and squeeze bottle to
fill measuring chamber with required dosage. Remove cap and apply to Applicator Mitt. Apply 3 to 6 ml per 100kgs body weight, depending on targeted pests, up to a maximum of 30ml per animal.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE:
Apply a whole body wipe with the BRUTE Applicator Mitt when fly numbers exceed acceptable levels. For the first application with a new applicator Mitt, apply twice the dosage to charge the Mitt. Pay special attention to where the pests congregate, including the face, being careful not to get the product in the eyes:.

Biting Flies:
Sandfly, including Culicoides spp.,
Buffalo Fly, Haematobia irritans
exigua.

Do not treat foals under 12 weeks of age.

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service while managing shipping costs effectively.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
