Description
To achieve a longer coat than a blade alone would produce, use clipper comb/guide attachments on your existing blade to produce a longer coat length. With the blade already attached to the clipper, you simply clip or snap (depends on clipper model) the guide/comb on.

• Using a guide/comb helps to produce a smooth, more professional look by giving your animal a more uniform length.
• Guide combs come in several sizes to produce the variety of lengths you need when clipping all areas of your horse.

• Guide Combs WAL3114 to WAL3180 are designed specifically for Pet Blade Standard (WAL1037-400) and Pet Blade Coarse (WAL1038-400)(blades sold seperately).
• Guide combs and blades mentioned are for the following Clippers: Wahl Adjustable, Wahl Show Pro & Wahl Pro Series clippers.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, with all tags and labels attached. To start an exchange, use our online returns portal (button above) or contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after this period.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind exchanges, including postage both ways. Exchanged items are sent back to you at our usual postage rate. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return transit. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes sale items. Please choose carefully and check our sizing guides before purchasing — our team is always happy to help with sizing and product advice before you buy (phone 07 5482 2320).

Vet Products

All veterinary products are non-returnable for change of mind. Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in — such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to the elements — which can affect their efficacy and safety.

Faulty or Incorrect Items — Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For a major failure, you may choose between a refund and a replacement.

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us first so we can arrange the return — we will cover the cost of return postage for faulty goods.
