The H&H premium denim range now offers a new Comfort Cut style. Offered in sizes 24 to 35, we offer 2 leg lengths of 35" and 38" which solves the eternal problem of jeans creeping up your boots when you ride. These are a high rise, boot cut style.

The comfort cut style is a very flattering cut that covers all the right places and sits up over the hips! They give you that 'hold you in' feel and are jeans are manufactured using a new 2% stretch 12oz denim for maximum comfort. These jeans are very comfortable and give the feel of good stretchability in the fabric. 

The "Richmond" is a darker blue wash finish denim featuring 2 row stitch and overlocking detailed beige coloured stitching. Gentle whiskering at the thigh, and back of the knees. Light spray front and back thigh and backs of the knees. Dark tagging detail to the back yoke and hem line. No physical distressing to the denim.

2.1 (a) We DO NOT offer REFUNDS. We also DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds on SALE ITEMS. 

Please note that all veterinary products purchased from Gympie Saddleworld are non-returnable. Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. If you have any concerns regarding the product's condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately at 07 5482 2320 or via email at info@gympiesaddleworld.com.au before use.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
