We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, with all tags and labels attached. To start an exchange, use our online returns portal (button above) or contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after this period.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind exchanges, including postage both ways. Exchanged items are sent back to you at our usual postage rate.
