Performance horses are athletes, and just like humans, they are required to maintain top condition in order to perform successfully. In striving to achieve these high levels of athletic performance, horses are exposed to a variety of stress factors including hard physical training sessions, increased handling, altered dietary and stabling conditions, as well as the stress of transportation and competition.

Quite often, horses in hard training develop stress-induced appetite reduction. There are many other reasons why horses may seem to 'lose their appetite'. Some horses are just fussy eaters, while smaller horses may have difficulty consuming large meals. However, many horses that are usually good eaters become picky or uninterested and start to leave food uneaten, particularly when work is commenced. When raced or competed on a regular basis, these horses lose condition, energy and the ability to perform to expectation and to recover quickly from exercise.

What makes AppeTITE different is the unique combination of nutrients in a slightly acidic cherry flavoured base. Using the perfect balance of sweetness for increased palatability in combination with vitamin B1 (thiamine), AppeTITE has a role in assisting the maintenance of normal appetite and bodyweight. AppeTITE is especially effective in performance horses or horses on a high grain diet, as they have increased risk of being deficient in B vitamins. In addition to vitamin B1 (thiamine) AppeTITE contains vitamin B2 (riboflavine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) which are required for or have a role in general metabolism, growth and nervous system function. AppeTITE is a liquid formula that can be used on a daily basis to improve eating habits or can be fed when needed for horses off feed. For problem horses that are reluctant to eat even with AppeTITE added to their feed, a small dose delivered by syringe in the horse's mouth will usually get them eating again.

          You acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding anything else in this clause:

          (a) Whilst all attempts are made to have your goods to you as soon as possible, Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing cannot guarantee that delivery will occur within a specified time.

          (b) Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will endeavor to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays) after payment has been accepted and cleared, subject to stock availability;

          (c) Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will accept orders from within Australia and also outside Australia.

          (d) Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances and Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will not be liable or responsible for in the event of any delay; and

          (e) Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, costs, expense, or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of any change in delivery times or delay in delivery.

          4. An appropriate person must be present to accept the delivery of your order, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place, in which any such representative must be over 16 years of age and capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will be entitled to rely on the representatives instructions as if they were your own.

          5. On delivery, the Delivery Agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identity, together with photo identification or proof of age. In the event that this clause is not complied with or no one is available to accept delivery then the Delivery Agent reserves the right to refuse to complete delivery, in which the Delivery Agent may elect to leave a calling card for collection from a local Australia Post office. Where redelivery is required for any reason whatsoever then you may be required to pay an associated fee for redelivery.

          2.1 (a) We DO NOT offer REFUNDS. We also DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds on SALE ITEMS.

          If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

          2.3 Shipping Costs

          Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

          We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service while managing shipping costs effectively.

          2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

          2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

          2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

          2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

          2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

          2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

          2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

          3. Exchange of products

          3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

          3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

          3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
