The innovative balance of nutrients works to enhance coat condition and depth of colour, while reducing the risk of black hairs and a patchy or uneven coat.

Palomino Gold is particularly recommended for supplementation in horses on a ‘white diet’ to avoid ‘smutting’, to ensure they are not deficient in nutrients crucial for overall health and performance.

Palomino Gold is a world first supplement, formulated after many years of research trials on hundreds of Palominos and buckskins.

Palominos on white feed diets often become deficient or lack essential vitamins and trace-minerals for optimum health and vitality. White feed diets typically avoid added fats or oils and reduce protein, especially from lucerne hay or chaff. White feed diets are generally based on plain cereal grains (such as wheat bran, pollard or millrun), cereal chaff and hay (ie wheaten or oaten) and some grass hay.

*Buckskins, Duns, Cremellos, Champagnes or any other dilute colour
*Horses on white feed diets which are often deficient or lacking essential vitamins and trace-minerals for optimum health and vitality

White feed diets typically avoid added fats or oils and reduce protein, especially from lucerne hay or chaff. It is also recommended to eliminate most commercial complete feeds containing molasses, in order to reduce smutting. White feed diets are generally based on plain cereal grains (such as wheat bran, pollard or millrun), cereal chaff and hay (ie wheaten or oaten) and some grass hay.

*Conditional Guarantee: Palomino Gold™ has been formulated and evaluated to enhance palomino coat colour with minimal risk of smutting when used as per the supplementation guidelines. Kohnke’s Own however, cannot unconditionally guarantee that supplementation will not result in coat colour variations in individual horses.

Please note that all veterinary products purchased from Gympie Saddleworld are non-returnable. Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. 2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service while managing shipping costs effectively.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
