Featuring a unique fit which will not inhibit the horse's movement, the outer is constructed from a super strong but lightweight rip-stop material bonded over a breathable mesh. The strike plates are designed to flex in four directions to work with your horse’s natural movement when galloping and turning, but form a hard wall when faced with impact. ARTi-LAGE dilatant material lines the inside of the strike area for ultimate protection. The proprietary material is soft and pliable in its normal state, but changes its molecular structure to harden when struck, deflecting impact and dispersing the energy. The only XC Boot that offers two types of protection built into the boot.

Cross COuntry Boots Lined with a non-neoprene unique bio-foam interior, this foam is designed to be super soft but grips the horse’s leg. Lightweight with extra large perforations to prevent heat build up. The boot construction is designed to repel water and dust over all kinds of terrain. The unique "Forever Clean" breathable coating on the outer horse boot shell, cuts clean up time in half as mud, dirt, and debris slide right off with a quick rinse.

2.1 (a) We DO NOT offer REFUNDS. We also DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds on SALE ITEMS. 

Please note that all veterinary products purchased from Gympie Saddleworld are non-returnable. Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. If you have any concerns regarding the product's condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately at 07 5482 2320 or via email at info@gympiesaddleworld.com.au before use.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
