Description

Ezall Sheath Cleaner is made from a key non-ionic surfactant system derived from soy, corn, palm and cotton seed oils, their alcohols, fatty acids, esters and other related materials. It’s readily biodegradable and derived from renewable resources. eZall Sheath Cleaner rinses out easily; will not leave a residue on skin; is non-irritating; helps speed up cleansing process.

Directions:

For cleanliness, disposable gloves should be used by the individual performing the cleaning task and excessively cold water should be avoided.

  • Place a liberal amount of eZall Sheath Cleaner into palm of hand and apply into the horse's sheath.
  • Work the product into the folds of the sheath. Allow 2-3 minutes for eZall Sheath Cleaner to loosen smegma.
  • Carefully pull the horse’s penis out of the sheath
  • Occasionally, smegma will accumulate in a mass in the "blind pouch" above the opening of the urethra in the end of the horse's penis. This resulting "bean" may become large enough to interfere with urination if not removed.
  • After all presence of smegma has been removed, rinse the horse's sheath and penis as thoroughly as possible with clean water.

Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. If you have any concerns regarding the product's condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately at 07 5482 2320 or via email at info@gympiesaddleworld.com.au before use.

2.1 (c) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service while managing shipping costs effectively.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.

3.3 We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
