Description

CH-21

For young riders who appreciate timeless style and rugged durability, the Showman® Youth Old Timber Chinks are a must-have!

Crafted from earthy tan suede material, these chinks bring a natural, rustic vibe to any western ensemble. The matching colored fringe cascading down each leg adds a traditional touch of flair, while the medium oiled floral tooling on the leather enhances the overall look with intricate designs that make a statement.

The slotted engraved conchos with leather tie accents not only look great but also provide that extra bit of western charm every rider craves. Built to last, these chinks are double-stitched for strength, ensuring they stand up to tough rides, rodeos, or ranch work, season after season.

With an adjustable yoke, these chinks provide the best possible fit, while the 3-buckle closure attachment on each thigh offers security and adjustability as your rider grows. The belt-style front closure makes them easy to put on and take off with ease, so your young cowboy or cowgirl can hit the trails without a hassle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do Ariat boots run true to size?

Yes, in most styles. Ariat western boots use standard US sizing — use the international equivalents table above to convert your AU/UK size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, most customers go up a half size in pointed-toe styles.

How do I measure my head for a hat?

Wrap a tape measure around your head about 1cm above your ear, where the hat will sit. Match the measurement in cm to the Thomas Cook hat chart above — this covers most Akubra-style sizing too.

What's the difference between mid rise and high rise jeans?

Rise is the distance from the crotch to the top of the waistband. Mid rise (around 7–8") sits just below or at the waist; performance/high rise (8½"+) sits at or above the natural waist. The fit tables above show the exact rise for each jean model.

What if I order the wrong size?

No drama — we offer exchanges within 30 days (customer pays postage; sale items are final sale). See our returns policy or start an exchange online.

Can I check a size in store before ordering?

Absolutely — visit us at Shop 1, 107 River Rd, Gympie, or call 07 5482 2320 and we will measure a garment against the chart for you before you buy.
