To start an exchange, use our online returns portal (button above) or contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after this period.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind exchanges, including postage both ways. Exchanged items are sent back to you at our usual postage rate. What's the difference between mid rise and high rise jeans?
