• Qualification:Free click and collect for orders equal to customers based in the Queensland state of Australia. If order is outside of the Queensland state then Click and Collect is not valid.
• Processing:Same-day processing and ready for click and collect on the same business day (Mon-Fri).
• Transit Time:Click and collect with no transit time.
• Location:Available for click and collect in Queensland only.

2. Express Shipping

• Cost: $30.00 AUD.
• Processing: Process and dispatch the same business day (Mon-Fri).
• Transit Time: Express delivery in 2 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri).
• Warning: (i) Express shipping is not guaranteed when dispatching items to the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

An appropriate person must be present to accept the delivery of your order, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place, in which any such representative must be over 16 years of age and capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will be entitled to rely on the representatives instructions as if they were your own.

5. On delivery, the Delivery Agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identity, together with photo identification or proof of age. In the event that this clause is not complied with or no one is available to accept delivery then the Delivery Agent reserves the right to refuse to complete delivery, in which the Delivery Agent may elect to leave a calling card for collection from a local Australia Post office. Where redelivery is required for any reason whatsoever then you may be required to pay an associated fee for redelivery.

2.1 (b) Return Authorisation:

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product. Please note that we do not accept returns after this 30-day period.

2.4 Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

2.5 Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the office of Consumer Affairs Queensland.

2.6 Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, subject to clause 13.6 should be returned for our inspection.

2.7 Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

2.8 We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

2.9 Subject to clause 13.6 we will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.

2.10 Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

3. Exchange of products

3.1 Gympie Saddleworld & Country Clothing will only accept goods for exchange when the goods are returned in unused condition with all tags and labels attached. The customer is responsible for the postage costs both ways if the product chosen needs to be exchanged. 

3.2 All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.
